My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location wasn't too far from Presque Isle and very convenient to the city, casino, I90, and I79, but I found it to be overpriced for what it offered. The service was upfront about possible noise or paint smells, and was extremely attentive, but there was room for improvement in hospitality and customer service. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of hot foods daily, though some items like the Danish were a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel had some positive aspects but also room for improvement.

The room I stayed in was not the best. It had holes in the wall, the dresser was missing a drawer, and it was very dusty. I paid cash during Memorial weekend when no rooms were available easily, which caused some payment confusion. Additionally, there was a strong peppermint smell, no soap provided, only conditioner.
